26 year old Lucas L. Vice of Stella appeared in Richardson County District Court Tuesday for a hearing on a plea agreement on a charge of assault in the third degree which is a class I misdemeanor.
Vice entered a plea of no contest to the charge. The Court found Vice guilty and scheduled a sentencing date of March 20th.
The charge against Vice stems from a confrontation at a party in March of 2011. Vice was charged for head-butting and punching Brett Hutton. Hutton suffered facial injuries including a fractured eye socket and cheek bone in the incident.
