The 6TH ranked Nebraska women’s basketball team hopes to keep one streak alive while ending another when the Huskers head to Lubbock for a Wednesday night tussle with Texas Tech.
Nebraska has run to a school-record 17-game winning streak while starting 4-0 in Big 12 play for the first time since the league began play in 1996-97. The Huskers’ winning streak has included seven straight wins away from Lincoln, including six true road games. However, NU has never won a road game against Texas Tech in Lubbock, as the Lady Raiders are a perfect 7-0 against the Huskers at home dating back to 1985.
